Delivered by Renowned and Supported Teams
Caring for our people and advancing the next generation of talent
We're All Caregivers at Beth Israel Lahey Health
Our ability to deliver extraordinary care depends on our renowned and supported teams. We believe that every member of our workforce is a caregiver and plays an important role in our ability to support our patients and communities — whether they are a clinician, administrative assistant, laboratory technician, food services associate or in another role. Now more than ever, it is important that we retain and develop the extraordinary workforce we have today — and engage the next generation of talented caregivers
Training for the Future
Our talented workforce is the heart of what we are called to do every day. We will be intentional in offering our caregivers meaningful opportunities to grow, learn and advance, right here at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Our goal is to train 5,000 caregivers in BILH-sponsored programs every year to sustain a talented and committed workforce. And we'll do it by building on and expanding long-established programs from across our system and launching new partnerships with community-based organizations, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion.
Workforce Stabilization
We will support our team members by thoughtfully managing workloads, cultivating wellness programs across our system, and honoring our caregivers through total rewards.
