New Leadership for the BILH Performance Network

BOSTON — Sue Chapman Moss, MPH, has been named president of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network (BILHPN). In this role, Sue will lead the organization's clinically integrated network of physicians, clinicians, and hospitals committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and communities.

“Sue is an accomplished healthcare leader with experience across non-profit, academic, and multi-state systems,” said Rob Fields, MD, MHA, executive vice president and chief clinical officer, Beth Israel Lahey Health. “Her expertise will help advance BILHPN’s work to strengthen payer partnerships and network performance.”

Prior to joining Beth Israel Lahey Health, Sue served as Senior Vice President of Payer Strategy and Government Affairs at BAYADA Home Health Care, a national non-profit home healthcare provider with more than 370 locations across the United States and internationally, and as President of Hearts for Home Care, BAYADA’s advocacy arm. In these roles, she led work across enterprise contracting, pricing, reimbursement strategy, value-based care models, and government affairs. Sue previously served as Senior Vice President of Payer Contracting and System Planning at Mass General Brigham, where she led payer strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial lines.

Sue is an instructor at Harvard Medical School and a frequent speaker on healthcare transformation.

Sue earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health.
