2025 Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy

Together, we can shape the future of our community’s health. Across Beth Israel Lahey Health hospitals, our 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) will identify and prioritize local health and social needs. With your help, the CHNA will guide BILH's community health strategy for the next three years.

Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

Part of the CHNA process includes a community survey translated into 12 languages including Arabic, Armenian, Cape Verdean Creole, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Khmer, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
