Longfellow Primary Care, PC offers comprehensive primary care services across your entire lifecycle. The team of experienced providers are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine and take a team-based approach to your care.

Services

You should see your primary care provider once a year for your annual check-up. You may need additional visits if medical issues arise. This practice may provide the following services:

Preventive Care

  • Adult physicals, including work physicals
  • Family medicine, including immunizations
  • Day care and camp physicals
  • School and sports evaluations

Management of Chronic Medical Conditions

  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Diagnosis & Treatment of Acute Illness

  • Allergic reactions
  • Colds and flu
  • Gastrointestinal (GI) infections

Specialty Care & Referrals

If you feel you need to see a specialist and have not discussed the referral with your primary care provider (PCP), please first call your PCP, as they may need to see you prior to referring you to the specialist.

When needed, your primary care provider works with other subspecialty providers at Beth Israel Lahey Health to ensure you have the care you need to feel your very best.
