At Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Woburn Medical Associates – Salem Street, we offer comprehensive primary care services across your entire lifecycle. Our team of experienced providers are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine and take a team-based approach to your care.

Patient Information

Our Services

You should see your primary care provider once a year for your annual check-up. You may need additional visits if medical issues arise. We provide the following services:

Preventive Care

  • Adult physicals, including work physicals & immunizations

Management of Chronic Medical Conditions

  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol

Diagnosis & Treatment of Acute Illness

  • Allergic reactions
  • Colds and flu
  • Gastrointestinal (GI) infections
  • Respiratory infections
  • Throat and ear infections
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Specialty Care & Referrals

If you feel you need to see a specialist and have not discussed the referral with your primary care provider (PCP), please first call your PCP, as they may need to see you prior to referring you to the specialist.

When needed, your primary care provider works with other subspecialty providers at Beth Israel Lahey Health to ensure you have the care you need to feel your very best.

Appointment Information

As a courtesy to our patients, our offices uses ReminderCall appointment reminder service to notify our patients of future appointment dates and times. When you receive our call please PRESS 1 to confirm or PRESS 2 to cancel and reschedule. Our office staff will contact you the next business day to reschedule your appointment.

You may also receive and automated message to inform you of our office’ closure in the event of inclement weather or any other unforeseen events.

After Hours Coverage

An on-call physician is available to respond to any acute medical concern that occurs after hours. You can reach the on-call physician by calling our main number at 978-988-9255. Woburn Medical Associates utilizes Winchester Hospital Emergency Department at 41 Highland Ave, Winchester, MA, for life threatening emergencies.

For non-urgent, after hours care our office refers to the Winchester Hospital Walk-In Center located at the Family Medical Center, 500 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA. The walk-in center is open from 7:30 am-8:00 pm/ 7 days week, including holidays.
