About Nicole DeVita 

As Interim President of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network (BILHPN), Nicole DeVita leads the organization's clinically integrated network of physicians, clinicians, and hospitals committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and communities.

Nicole previously served as BILHPN’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across the organization’s clinically integrated network and advancing programs to strengthen performance, enhance data integration, and improve patient care. Nicole has been part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health organization and its legacy institutions since 2011 and has served in key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals; Senior Vice President of Operations at Lahey Medical Center, Peabody; and Vice President of Operations at the Lahey Clinical Performance Network. 

Nicole earned her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and is a licensed pharmacist. She also received her Master’s of Health Professionals degree from Northeastern University.
