About Jess de Jesus

As President of BILH Pharmacy Inc., Jess de Jesus leads the strategy, clinical, and business operations of Beth Israel Lahey Health’s pharmacy services, including 14 hospital pharmacy departments and the pharmacy corporation. He not only directs the advancement of system pharmacy services, but also the collaboration and alignment of the pharmacy to support BILH’s mission to provide extraordinary patient care. He will oversee the establishment and expansion of pharmacy services into home infusion, PBM, central distribution, and the 340B program.

Prior to joining BILH, Jess served as both the Chief Pharmacy Officer of UCLA Health and Assistant Dean at the UCSF School of Pharmacy, Vice President & Chief Pharmacy Officer at BIDMC, and vice president and director roles at University of Miami, Banner Health, Honor Health, and Scottsdale Healthcare. His extensive experience encompasses hospital, clinical, ambulatory, retail, research, 340B, and infusion in large and complex health systems, with a proven track record of exceptional operational, clinical, and financial performance.

Jess received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.
