About Jennifer Gizmunt
As President of Beth Israel Lahey Health Continuing Care, Jennifer Gizmunt leads the strategy, direction, and operations of a comprehensive network of homecare, hospice, and palliative care services as well as the preferred provider network for skilled nursing facilities and other service providers in the continuing care arena.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as Chief Executive Officer of Salter Healthcare which operates post-acute, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing centers in Winchester and Woburn. She has also held a number of leadership roles within the Lahey system, the most recent being Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Lahey Health Continuing Care where she led nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities, as well as a network of adult day health, homecare, and hospice services. Before the formation of Lahey Health, Jennifer served as Vice President for Northeast Health System where she oversaw two skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living residence.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Merrimack College and her master's degree in gerontology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Jennifer resides in Lynnfield with her husband and two children.
