About Jennifer Cullen

Jennifer Cullen, MSW is President of Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services. She is responsible for focusing on operational excellence, optimizing the client and employee experience, program growth, and alignment within the BILH system. She reports to Robert Fields, MD, Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer.

Jennifer has significant experience in behavioral health services and has served in both clinical and administrative leadership roles. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings across New England, most recently as Corporate Director of Behavioral Health at Signet, Holyoke Medical Center. She also served as Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Parkland Medical Center/HCA in Derry, New Hampshire and worked in a variety of roles at New England Geriatrics.

Jennifer is a strong leader with a progressive approach to navigating behavioral health services in an evolving healthcare landscape and has a strong commitment to staff engagement. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College and her Master of Social Work degree from Hawaii Pacific University. She is also earning a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in Spring 2024.
