About Deb Cresta
Deb Cresta has worked for Exeter for more than 30 years, during which time she has helped to lead the organization through some of its most difficult and challenging times, including serving as Incident Commander throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to assuming the role of president, Deb held numerous leadership positions including; Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Exeter Health Resources, 2022 – 2023; Chief Operating Officer at Exeter Health Resources, 2021 – 2022, President of Core Physicians, 2000 to 2021 and Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Exeter Hospital from, 1991 to 2000.
Deb is an accomplished health care leader with substantial and broad clinical and executive experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree, in Communication Disorders as well as a Masters, in Speech Pathology from the University of New Hampshire. Deb also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Sloan School of Management, MIT. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Medical Group Association (AMGA) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and was named to NH’s TOP Women-Led Non Profits in 2019.
