You should see your primary care provider once a year for your annual check-up. You may need additional visits if medical issues arise. We provide the following services:

If you feel you need to see a specialist and have not discussed the referral with your primary care provider (PCP), please first call your PCP, as they may need to see you prior to referring you to the specialist.

When needed, your primary care provider works with other subspecialty providers at Beth Israel Lahey Health to ensure you have the care you need to feel your very best.

For your convenience we offer Open Access Appointments Same Day scheduling Monday – Friday.

An on-call provider is available to respond to any acute medical concern that occurs after hours. You can reach the on-call provider by calling 978-470-1616. Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Merrimack Valley Family Practice will utilize the Winchester Hospital Emergency Department for life threatening emergencies, located at 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA. Also, for non-emergent issues Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Merrimack Valley Family Practice will utilize the Winchester Hospital Walk-In Urgent Care Center located at 500 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA. The Walk-In Urgent Care Center provides patient care services from 7:30 am – 8:30 am / 7 days a week, including holidays.

Should you experience a life-threatening situation such as chest pain, choking, or uncontrollable bleeding, please call 911 or seek care at the Emergency Room nearest you.
