Beth Israel Lahey Health offer at-home cardiac rehabilitation services, allowing you to regain your heart health from the comfort of your own home.
Through our partnership with Recora, a virtual cardiac recovery service provider, our cardiac rehab program helps reduce your chance of returning to the hospital and improves your quality of life.
Prefer In-Person Care? We also offer on-site cardiac rehab at several Beth Israel Lahey Health locations.
Your care team will organize two-to-three sessions per week. These are designed with your unique heart health needs in mind, ensuring comprehensive treatment based on you.
Working with your doctor to design a treatment plan that works for you, your Recora team provides:
- Live video exercise sessions personalized for your ability
- Nutrition counseling and cooking demonstrations
- One-on-one coaching and peer support in group classes
- Support for managing stress, medication and smoking cessation
