Beth Israel Lahey Health is focused on making our patients and their communities healthier. Since 2019, your primary care practice has been a part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Beginning in April, we will be changing the name of the practice to highlight its connection with our larger health system. Your primary care practice is a part of Beth Israel Lahey Health. And we want our current and future patients to know their primary care practice has a connection world class academic medical centers and specialists, and is supported by a complete network of health care services.
You will see the Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care logo on the building, on the door of the office and on paperwork. Our phone greetings will also be updated.
There will be no impact on the care you receive. You will continue to receive the same high-quality care from the same care team you have come to expect from your primary care practice.
No. Your care team will remain at the practice and will continue to provide the level of care that you are used to.
Yes. Your primary care provider can still coordinate access to BILH specialty care when you need it.
