Nine Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) hospitals were recently included in U.S. News & World Report’s 2026-27 Best Hospitals list, an annual ranking that showcases the highest-performing hospitals and specialties in the country.
Two of the hospitals, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Lahey Clinic, received a top-four ranking in both the Massachusetts and Boston metro markets, demonstrating their tireless commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

In addition to its top-3 regional rankings, BIDMC was nationally ranked in obstetrics and gynecology, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and GI surgery, pulmonology and lung surgery, cancer care, neurology and neurosurgery, heart and vascular, and geriatrics. Cancer care and heart and vascular both also received top state and metro rankings.
