At Beth Israel Lahey Health, we continuously strive to create an environment that’s both respectful and safe for our patients and staff. In order to maintain this environment, we need your partnership.
Courtesy and respect are expected during all interactions whether they be in-person, over the phone, or through an online portal. Aggressive and/or hostile behavior will not be tolerated and may result in discontinuation of care or involvement of local law enforcement.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- Loud, abusive, or offensive language
- Sexual or other harassment
- Threats of harm
- Physical assault
- Destruction of property
- Disrupting the care of others
- Firearms or weapons of any kind on the premises
