About Megan Gray, DNP, RN

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Anna Jaques Hospital, Megan Gray, DNP, RN, leads the 83‑bed community hospital in Newburyport, which serves Massachusetts' North Shore and Southern New Hampshire's Seacoast Region.

Megan previously served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Anna Jaques Hospital. Prior to joining Beth Israel Lahey Health, Megan held successive leadership roles at HCA Healthcare in New Hampshire, including Chief Nursing Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New Hampshire. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare.

Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Quinnipiac University and her master’s degree and doctorate in nursing from the University of New Hampshire.
