About Catherine J. Pietrzak
As Interim President of Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services, Catherine Pietrzak oversees day-to-day operations and leads the largest network of mental health and substance use disorders for adults and children in eastern Massachusetts. Treatment options include behavioral health beds and a wide range of outpatient, inpatient, and residential care, including mental health clinics; addiction treatment; family services; outreach counseling; mobile crisis teams; and school-based programs for children and teens.
A valued member of the leadership team, Catherine has been a part of the Behavioral Services leadership team since 2013 and worked at Lahey Health Behavioral Services between 1998 and 2008. In addition to this, she was Vice President of Ambulatory and Community-Based Services between 2013 to 2018 and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. Catherine has extensive experience in business planning & analysis, growth strategy development, organizational re-engineering and performance measurement.
Catherine received both an undergraduate degree and a master's in business administration from Salem State University.
