About Trish Hannon, RN

Trish Hannon, RNTrish Hannon, MBA, RN, has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare leadership roles. In 2019, she founded Clinical Development Partners, a healthcare consulting practice based in Naples, Florida. From 2009 until her retirement in 2018, Ms. Hannon served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of New England Baptist Hospital.

Ms. Hannon previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Baystate Medical Center and as Senior Vice President for Health Care Operations for Baystate Health, its $2 billion parent organization. In this role, she oversaw clinical integration and system operations for three hospitals, as well as ambulatory care, real estate and facility development, including the planning, design and construction of an award-winning $270 million new hospital in 2008. Ms. Hannon is a retired Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and served as President of its Massachusetts chapter. She also served as a board member for the Massachusetts Hospital Association, National Arthritis Foundation, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Care Sciences University.

Ms. Hannon earned her undergraduate degree from Marymount University and her Master of Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology. She was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University.
