About Daniel Jick
Daniel Jick is a cofounder of HighVista Strategies, LLC, an investment management firm with extensive experience in asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction. He previously served as Managing Director and Regional Manager for Goldman Sachs & Co., where he managed the Boston office for 11 years. Mr. Jick has also worked in London as the Head of the European Derivatives Business and in Boston as a Senior Member of the Institutional Equities Business.
Mr. Jick also serves on the Board of Trustees of Brandeis University and is Chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the Beth Israel Lahey Health/Combined Jewish Philanthropies Board of Managers. He also is a past Chair and former member of the Board of Trustees of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a member of the Investment Committees of Ben-Gurion University and CRICO.
Mr. Jick received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
