About Daniel Jick
Daniel Jick is a cofounder of HighVista Strategies, LLC, an investment management firm with extensive experience in asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction. He previously served as Managing Director and Regional Manager for Goldman Sachs & Co., where he managed the Boston office for 11 years. Mr. Jick also has worked in London as the Head of the European Derivatives Business and in Boston as a Senior Member of the Institutional Equities Business.
A trustee at Brandeis University, Mr. Jick is Chair of the Resources Committee and member of the Investment Committee. He also is a past Chair and current member of the Board of Directors of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and member of the Investment Committee of Ben-Gurion University. He is Chair of the Beth Israel Lahey Health/Combined Jewish Philanthropies Board of Managers.
Mr. Jick received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
