About Ann-Ellen Hornidge, JD

Ann-Ellen Hornidge, JD, is Chair of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Board of Trustees. Ms. Hornidge is a legal expert specializing in corporate and tax-exempt debt, project financing and distressed debt. She retired as a partner at the law firm of Mintz Levin, where she practiced law for nearly four decades and was a member of the firm’s governing Policy Committee and Compensation Committee and served as the Hiring Partner. She is now of a partner emerita at the firm. Ms. Hornidge was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and a New England Super Lawyer multiple times.

Before becoming Chair of the Beth Israel Lahey Health Board in 2019, Ms. Hornidge served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lahey Health System. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare.

Ms. Hornidge received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and her law degree from Boston College Law School.
